Where I've built things
Netflix
- I work on the Model Inference Platform, which is the system that serves ML predictions across Netflix. Think recommendations, search, ads, personalization.
- Most of my time goes into designing and running inference infrastructure that needs to handle a lot of traffic with tight latency budgets while keeping costs reasonable.
- I work across the ML lifecycle: model deployment, serving, monitoring, optimization.
Amazon
- Built distributed systems for high-traffic workloads.
- During the pandemic, I built Amazon Gather as a side project. It was a virtual events and networking platform that ended up getting adopted pretty widely across the company.
- Received the Just Do It Award from Jeff Bezos for it, which is one of the more prestigious internal recognitions at Amazon.
Morgan Stanley
- Worked on distributed systems in the Institutional Securities Technology division.
Goldman Sachs
- Engineering internship in the Securities division in New York.
IIT Bombay
- Research internship at IIT Bombay.
